Our classic bolognese makes a great base for all sorts of crowd-pleasing dishes. Whip up a big batch on a Sunday night for a head start on your weeknight dinners, like these family-friendly Sloppy Joes.
1 pack Loaf brioche slider buns
½ batch bolognese
McClure's fresh garlic and dill pickles
Cut the buns in half and toast for a minute or two under a grill.
Heat the bolognese (adding a dash of water or beef stock to loosen the mix) until piping hot. Spoon the mince into the buns and add a couple of pickles. Serve with oven or polenta fries.
