Smoky Devils on Horseback

Ingredients

12-14 pitted prunes

2 Tbsp pine nuts

1 pack Farro Pancetta

1 Tbsp jam or marmalade

1 Tbsp of chipotle and sauce from can of La Morena Chipotles in Adobo

Method

Preheat the oven to 150°C and line an oven tray with baking paper

Stuff prunes with 5-6 pine nuts each

Halve each pancetta slice lengthways and in half again across then brush with a mix of marmalade and chipotle sauce

Wrap each prune with a strip of pancetta, secure with a toothpick or skewer and heat in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately, but be mindful that the prunes will be hot!
