Smoky Devils on Horseback
Take your grazing platter to the next level with this tasty throwback. The combination of tart citrus and smoky chipotle add a li’l kick to this classic.
Preheat the oven to 150°C and line an oven tray with baking paper.
Stuff prunes with 5-6 pine nuts each.
Halve each pancetta slice lengthways and in half again across then brush with a mix of marmalade and chipotle sauce.
Wrap each prune with a strip of pancetta, secure with a toothpick or skewer and heat in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately, but be mindful that the prunes will be hot!
12-14 pitted prunes
2 Tbsp pine nuts
1 pack Farro Pancetta
1 Tbsp marmalade
1 Tbsp of chipotle and sauce from can of La Morena Chipotles in Adobo
