This non-alcoholic Spiced Chai makes a fantastic dessert cocktail and can be enjoyed both hot or cold.
50ml Oat milk (You can make this by soaking oats in coconut milk)
50ml Coconut milk
30ml Hakanoa Chai Concentrate
50ml Seedlip Spice 94
Ice cubes
Measure and combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Shake thoroughly
Place ice cubes in a tall glass and pour the cocktail mix on top
Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon quill
