Spiced Potato Wedges

Lightly spiced, skin on wedges will go with anything. Serve as is, with some ketchup or barbecue sauce, or some kimchi mayo.

Ingredients

800g Agria potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

2 Tbsp olive oil

½ tsp Farro sweet smoked paprika

½ tsp Farro ground cumin

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C

In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, paprika and cumin and season generously with salt and pepper. Put onto a baking paper lined oven tray and bake for 30 mins or until golden and tender
