Spiced Potato Wedges
Lightly spiced, skin on wedges will go with anything. Serve as is, with some ketchup or barbecue sauce, or some kimchi mayo.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, paprika and cumin and season generously with salt and pepper. Put onto a baking paper lined oven tray and bake for 30 mins or until golden and tender.
800g Agria potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp Farro sweet smoked paprika
½ tsp Farro ground cumin
