SUMMER TIME CHIPOTLE CHICKEN NIBBLES

Finger-licking good, these chicken wings are a great one for a BBQ, easy dinner or lunch.

Ingredients

1 pack Bostock Organic Chicken nibbles

1 tin La Morena chipotle chillies in adobo sauce

1 tablespoon Farro sweet smoked paprika

1 tablespoon Farro ground cumin seeds

1 tablespoon Farro ground coriander

2 Garlic Cloves peeled and halved

1 bunch fresh coriander, roughly chopped

Method

Place all the ingredients except the wings in a food processor and whizz to combine. Add seasoning to suit

Tip out into a large bowl and add the nibbles

Mix well and marinate overnight or at least 1 hour

Preheat oven to 200C

Place in an oven tray and cook in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until really sticky and crispy

Serve hot or cold
