Simple and so easy to whip up, this delectable dip is a great mezze to serve with breads or vegetables!
1 cup toasted walnuts
200 grams feta, roughly broken up
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1/4 bunch Italian parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine
Taste and adjust the seasoning then place in a bowl to serve
Cover and chill until required
Serve with toasted fresh bread
