White Wine Plum Sangria

Ingredients

1 bottle chilled dry white wine (we used soave)

1/3 cup white wine aperitif, e.g. Lillet blanc (we used Rinquinquin, a peach aperitif)

1 red flesh plum, pitted and sliced

1 yellow flesh plum, pitted and sliced

To serve:

Cold sparkling water, to top (optional)

A few sprigs of thyme

Method

Add the wine, aperitif, and plums to a carafe and stir to combine.

Leave covered in the fridge, until ready to serve.

Pour into ice-filled wine glasses and top with sparkling water and a sprig of thyme
